Of course I will remember what happened tonight a week from now if my son is playing on the team. He is a great kid ans plays his heart out.

Nothing! I will always regret that I went with my bossy, snooty then-best-friend, who, at half-time, announced that she was "bored", so we left, when actually, I wanted to stay. Soon after that, I grew a spine, she, of course, declared us "no longer friends" (good, go boss someone else!) and went away. Don't make my mistake-go to all the games and dances and get rid of the stumbling blocks and nay-sayers.

Yes ... being an Empty Nesting Single Retiree with HER DATE and going out to an intimate dinner ... followed up with a quiet ride home and a DVD popped in, a comfy quilt over our legs, and cuddling/kissing!
