For the most part, these are honors awarded to Mr.Trudeau rather than just degrees.
PC=means he was part of the Privy Council for the Queen of of Canada (aka Queen Elizabeth II of England). This meant he was a member of the Council of advisers to the Queen, and appointed for life by the Governor General of Canada on the advice of the Prime Minister.

CC= Companions of the Order of Canada, their highest civilian honor (Companion is the highest grade in the order)awarded to those who exemplify their motto, translated from the Latin to "those desiring a better country."

CH=(Order of the) Companions of Honor; given for outstanding achievement in the arts, literature, music, science, politics, industry or religion.

QC= Queen's Counsel or a lawyer appointed by a "letters patent" to be one of Her Majesty's counsel learned in the law. If it were for a King, the honor would be listed as KC.

MA= Master of Arts; a post-graduate academic degree given for Fine Arts studies rather than the sciences.

LL.L=A civil law degree given by the University of Ottawa. Upon completion of the course, it changes to LL.B or Bachelor of Laws.

LL.D= A doctorate-level academic degree in law. The letters are for a Latin phrase meaning "Doctors of Laws."

FRSC= Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, the senior national body of distinguished Canadian scientists and scholars who promote learning and research in natural and social sciences and humanities.

As with most degrees/honors, the highest one awarded is listed first and the least would be at the end.
