My manz and I have been together almost 3 months on the 10th of september Im pregnant...and they told me yesterday when I had a ultra sound...that I was 12 weeks and 5 days old. I was raped by my stepdad!. I met my boyfriend the 10th of june and got my period is there any way they made a mistake how far I am. Hes being so quiet he knew there was a chance it wasnt his b.c of my stepdad..but wat should I do?

Im 18 years old. My moms a drug addict..my boyfriend is the only reason I have a place to stay and everything..hes getting out of work any min he said we can talk baby..so atleast he did that..BABY part. i dont kno how to hadle this. i told my stepdad he better pay for a dna and also...everymonth if it is.. hes on ssi can i get money from his stil? I live wit my boyfriend so it aint like im not...wit my parents or him. I was so drunk the night he didnt I didnt even kno he did anything i woke up dressed an all so ..yea..Im desperate for help

It is possible that the date is incorrect, because your child could be growing faster. My due date with my son was Jan 11, but after giving birth the OB said he should have moved my due date up about 2 weeks. So in my next pregnancy he watched me very closely, but my second one didn't grow near as fast as my son did.

And really there is nothing else that you can do, but wait till the baby is born to figure out who the real Father of the child is.

Call child protective services and press charges against your step dad.

You can give the baby up for adoption if you are unwilling to raise it yourself.

Your boyfriend is of little consequence, Ultrasounds are correct withing 3 days, there is no way its his.

I was molested for three months,drugged and probably raped (i dont remember) by a family member. I know how you feel. The pain will pass. Healing does happen. However, I do know that no matter what, I never would have killed the child. I cannot hold the unborn accountable for the actions of the parent.

The ultra sound is dating your pregnancy -how far along you are in your pregnancy, not the age of your embryo or fetus. The baby is at least 2 weeks YOUNGER than how far along you are. If you are 12 weeks & 5 days pregnant, your baby is 10 weeks and approximately 5 days in the making.

After the last menstrual period that you had, did both your boyfriend and your step dad have relations with you?

If you had your period and then had relations with only one or the other, you can be pretty certain that the father is the one with whom was with you AFTER your last period.

I hope for everyone's sake that your baby is a product of your boyfriend.

UPDATE: I just read your additional information.
Don't allow your step-dad to pay child support. I know you need the money, but he will have parental rights if you do.
You need to file charges against him for the rape. Sue him for restitution child support, and have his parental rights terminated. Ask the Court to grant you money to help raise the child but that his parental rights to the child be terminated because of the rape. As for your boyfriend, if wants to be a Daddy and you terminate step-dad's parental rights, your baby will be free to a step-parent adoption should you two get married. :)

That's terrible. If you haven't been with your boyfriend for 12 weeks yet, then there's no way the baby could be his. That makes me sick that your stepdad raped you. Where is your mother? You need to speak with her or if she won't listen, talk to another trusted adult who will help you! You need to get out of the house, away from your abusive stepdad, and he needs to be locked up for the crimes he did to you. I am so sorry.

in the front of your phone book is numbers for child protection services. Report your step-dad asap.
ultra sounds are real reliable, one because as an infant grows, they go through stages week by week. if your dr says 12 wks and 5 days, you can give or take the 5 days, but its obviouse its your step-dad.
They will send a social worker to your home, and an officer. You will have to go in and get another dr visit with ss with you. You will remain in their coustady until your mother can prove she is fit to take care of you.
You're step-dad will be arrested and thrown in jail, possible overnight or for awhile. Ask for a restraining order against him.
My question to you, is why have you not reported it sooner? Rape is scarry as hell, been there and still living with the after affects of it. But to ignore it and act like it never happened is not healthy. it also makes one wonder if in fact you were rapped. Im sorry, but when I was rapped, I didnt want anyone touching me, regardless if it was a boyfriend or not. So if you were not rapped, dont go yellin it to everyone, just to save your butt on this pregnancy and to keep your boyfriend out of trouble, your step-dad will loose his way of life over this. He'll have to registar with the state and city for the rest of his life as a sex offender, and not be allowed around children/teens for the remainder of his life.
BUT if he did, dont wait a min longer. the longer you wait, the worse it looks on you. sick as it is, they will turn it so you are the bad one. if it goes to court, you will have a long and painfull process in front of you. just be prepared for alot of people to begin to question you and what the truth really is

The ultra sound is pretty accurate in determining dates of conception. If you think it's your stepdad's please get help by telling your mom and/or a teacher.

Your stepdad has to be held accountable for raping you.

As for your baby, whatever you choose to do is up to you and your family.

Once they do an ultrasound it is pretty accurate. I'm so sorry. Did you turn your Stepfather in for the rape? How old are you? You should maybe speak to a lawyer or DSHS maybe.
