The vast majority of Wiccans accept homosexuality and bisexuality as natural variations in human sexuality. Because of this, most of them have no problem with same-sex relationships provided, of course, it is between mutually consenting adults. Of course this attitude isn't universal. There are some Wiccans who don't approve of homosexuality. These Wiccans usually practice a traditional form of Wicca such as Gardnarian and often cite polarity as the reason for their disapproval of homosexuality.
Of course, this doesn't mean that all, or even many traditional Wiccans disapprove of homosexuality but it's been my experience that most of those who do, come from a traditional practice.

It's more of a "whatever works for you," kind of thing. Religiously, sexually, whatever. Heck, Pagans in general approve of all acts of love and beauty.
Perhaps why many people think Wiccans and Pagans have no morals. Which couldn't be further from the truth. Wiccans have the Rede and the Three-fold law. Pagans often have extremely advanced codes of morality, but also extremely accepting philosophies.

historically we have a link to the Goddess worshiping sects of the middle ages . This was what is now called Wiccan religeon . The details of this period were scattered by persecution of our people . Now we just have scraps of our history . We were always sexually more free than the sex hating christians . See the book Another Mother Tongue , that I always talk about for a full discussion of who we may have been historically , and the dim cultural memory of it in our gay customs .
