Which do you prefer the most?

I most prefer tea, brewed from loose leaves, because so many varieties are available -- I never get bored. Coffee varies by roast, but tea varies endlessly. My favorite teas are lightly oxidized oolongs because they're more "rich" than green teas but still delicate, aromatic, and highly flavorful. As to why I don't get bored... Green teas are available roasted or not; oolong teas can taste more like the strong black teas or can be more delicate like green tea, White teas are usually delicate, but they also differ among themselves. I brew my tea in a spoon infuser or a bamboo basket in a mug, or a tea strainer in a pot and am not bothered by tea leaves. One of my favorite info sources is www.teatigress.com.
