so on xy axises, the little thing is (-2,0) which one is x and which one is y??

The first one in the brace -2 represents the x
The second one 0 represents the y

there always x come first and then y. so x= -2 and y= 0 , if you have the cartesion coordinate (-2,0,3), then it will follow , x= -2, y=0 and z= 3. Always foolw that x will come first and then y and then z.
