The discharge sounds like it may be a yeast infection. You can get some over the counter medication for that at the pharmacy. As for the shaving and peeing thing- no idea! If the discharge does not go away after using the meds then you should go to a doctor as it may be a bacterial infection which needs prescription antibiotics.

I'd go back to your doctor explain to him/her your symptoms and demand a lab. A swab can determine whether it's a yeast or bacterial infection or a combination of two infections.

You need a second opinion, you can't give up because one doctor gave you meds that didn't work, you'll need something stronger.
