What happened in bourne identity and supremacy... very briefly??

i want to know what happened in thee first two parts so i can watch the third............ BRIEFLY as much as u can.

There is only one small problem; there is no Jason Bourne. Someone has framed Bourne for this incident. Bourne has been living underground with his girlfriend, Marie Kreutz (Franka Potente), for the last two years trying to stay off the CIA's radar screen. Bourne told the CIA to leave him alone, or he would retaliate against them. After Bourne is almost killed in India, he comes out of hiding to close the file on the CIA.
