why did Jacen Solo change into darkside? is it because of his brother, anakin solo's death?

Just another convenient way to make an already popular character even more interesting.
Seems like the ideas are running out for these silly characters. One of the main reasons why I stay away from the Star Wars novels. LOTS of bad writing.
Although, the Star Wars Legacy series and the storyline from Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2 The Sith Lords piqued my interest in Star Wars again after a long hiatus.

Say what? Are you talking about Star Wars? I don't remember there being a Jacen Solo or a anakin solo--There is a Han Solo and a Anakin Skywalker. Or are you talking about something else?
