how many citizens have left, retired
or resigned under Bush's time in office?

Well there have been lots and lots of democratic politicans who were force out, left or retired since Bush was elected.

Just look at all the Democrats that lost congressional seats in 2000, 2002, and 2004.

But if your talking about Administration Cabinet members.

Bush has had 13 leave so far, since he has been President.

Thats less than Clinton had leave, when he was President, even though The Bush administration has more Cabinet Post than previous administrations.

Clinton had 14 Cabinet members leave.

Actually both Clinton and Bush are far below previous two term Presidents in the number of Cabinet members leaving.

Most previous presidents averaged each cabinet post changing hands 3 or 4 times, during their administrations.

Where Bush and Clinton, Cabinet post, averaged just two cabinet members during their terms.

This is another case, of taking something normal, and trying to make it seem like it is out of the ordinary by not providing any context to the question.

we cAn only guess how many POLITICIANS resigned,
openly for bushy reasons, or just feeling not competitive
enough to fight that horde of rogues trying to steal america.

But "Speedy" is the 4th high ranking rat to jump
the Bush Regime's ship since November of 2006.

How can you count rats running from a sinking ship? They're too fast at the get-away.
