My first clue was a positive home pregnancy test. This was mid-January of this year. However, I was sitting in Christmas Eve services and I just "knew" that by next Christmas I would either be pregnant or my husband and I wold have a baby. I knew that if it were the latter, we would have to get pregnant quickly. Apparently, I already was.
No, it does not sound like pregnancy. If you're concerned, take a home pregnancy test.

It is absolutely impossible to have symptoms 5 days after conception. Theroretically, you could still be pregnant if the timing was correct and you had unprotected sex, but 5 days is way too early to tell either way. The earliest I have ever heard of anyone having symptoms or test + is 9 days. I never tested + before 11. Generally, you start to feel pregnant when you test + on a sensitive pregnancy test. HCG level of about 25

I think it is the opposite. I was a person who had tried for over a year and tested early all the time to find out if I had conceived. The month that I actually became pregnant I didn't take the test until the day after my missed period-because I had been having cramps for a week leading up to that day. Serious period feelings kept me thinking there was no way I was pregnant and I was.

I knew I was pregnant within a week of conception during each pregnancy, my body just felt different...I am now on number 4, and tested positive 4 days before my missed period with a pregnancy test.

It doesn't sound like pregnancy at all. But it's still possible that you could be right...those don't sound like pregnancy symptoms either. Just be patient and take a test when the time is right or go to your doctor for a blood test if you want to know earlier. Best of Luck!

The tiredness, definitly, I don't know about the other symptoms, but each woman has various symptoms. I didn't know I was pregnant till I was 2 days late and tested. I didn't have any symptoms until a few weeks later, but my BF knew she was pregnant before even testing. Usually your instincts are right. Just test when its time. GL

I've never heard of pain in the neck or the back of the hand being a symptom of pregnancy.
Wait for your period.. if it doesn't come take a pregnancy test.

You wouldn't be having symptoms this early. I knew I was pregnant before I even tested, but it was several weeks after conception.
