The desperate crying of the phone
Repeatedly wails answer please
A voice that cannot be ignored
Screaming help for I am alone

An ache physically gnawing
Relentless as it whittles away
A shape once solid and complete
Distorted from a constant pawing

Reluctantly I answer yes?
Knowing the same words will be said
The compulsive hunger speaks
I must say no to his request

My god, is this a poem about a booty call? Anyway, the diction of the first paragraph is excellent, somewhat surreal in fact. The second stanza has a nice rhythm to it, again the diction is good, but I am not sure what your "shape" is referring to. As for the third, it is very abstract and ambiguous, applicable to interpretations beyond a phone call, and I must say I love it (especially "The compulsive hunger speaks", very nice!)

Beautiful original poem you made. However, how compulsive i am in answering, i cannot say to a beautiful poem as this. It may be in the wee hour of the morning. My hunger to answer could not say no to a poem you made. I may be sleepy but the beep sound of a message makes me wake up to feed my hunger for answer. I could not say no for an answer a poem as beautiful as this.

Good day!

Fine, just complete your lane change before answering the phone...and use the turn signal, please.

Just kidding!

It is very nice. You kept us on the edge of our seats. Excellent!

I like it, something haunting about it. A feeling as if I know it but know I don't. You might have this one printed.
