Good question, have a star. I liked Norman Wisdom and Max Wall, especially his funny walk - hilarious.

In the 70s/80s i loved Morecambe and Wise and Les Dawson

Coming up tp date, I laugh at Peter Kay and Lenny Henry.

Oh, yes, some of the best comedy include The Phil Silvers Show (Sgt. Bilko), The Marx Brothers, and Laurel and Hardy.

I also loved the old Harold Lloyd classics.

Back then it was simply good honest humour. Laughing at situations and not singling anyone out for being different.

There was a lot of physical comedy, too.

The old black and white comedy films by some of the best comedians of that era are still great viewing today.

I don`t know why people think that all of these old comedians were funny, on the whole I found their humour really silly and childish, especially Laural and Hardy, the Phill Silvers show was equally stupid, Tommy Cooper was only funny occasionally, there were some good ones but I think humour has become more clever in modern times and comedy actors are so much better, I am 59 years old so it`s not an age thing and I love comedy.
Chris.

I am a big fan of the Marx Bros. I am 27 (I'm not ashamed!!) Groucho is such a wit and Harpo makes me cry every time he plays. Chico is just a fox, but his piano playing puts mine to shame! Zeppo only sticks out in my mind playing Jamison ("take a letter Jamison..") RIP lads.

Oh, you love a horse.......

Well I'm a young one with an old soul. I enjoyed Red Skelton, Abbot and Costello, Don Rickles, Jerry Lewis, and W.C. Fields.
What about "The Little Rascals" or "Our Gang"...I was a kid, they were kids...don't they count too?

All the above mentioned were great but I prefer the early versions of Candid Camera - so simple but effective.
