Hello I wanted to know if any other females out there has experienced the same symptoms as me. What it is is moodiness!! My hormones are crazy!!! I cry very easily, I get mad every easily! I get headaches all the time, spotting all the time, and even started getting cramps. I know for sure I'm getting off this shot and will switch bc BUT how can I deal with this for another month. That's when my next depo is due.

My husband noticed a change in me, even my sister told me one time that my hormones are bad. I feel like a bad person...today I am in a bitchy mood...what do I do??

It make take even longer to get rid of the nasty affects of depo. Sometimes the affects last for months or longer even though you are no longer on the Depo shot. Depo is a very nasty drug. Many women do well with it but more women do NOT do well with it and it can cause debilitating problems for some women that can take years to figure out that it is the shot making them so sick they can't function.

It happens to a LOT of women on the shot.
I was HORRIBLE for the two weeks before my next shot.
Glad to hear you are getting off of it.
You'll have to let that last month ride out of your system.
I went to Kariva (pill) at my depo due date and have been on this for 1 1/2 years with NO problems!

Well, the good thing is you are aware of the problem. I guess in the mean time you will have to keep in mind what you're going through when it causes you to feel certain ways. As far a the physical symptoms go I think you're just gonna have to wait it out.

My wife reacted the same way. Depo just isn't right for everyone. Might want to switch methods.
