Darlene here's the latest on that. In last weeks edition of Soap Opera Weekly, there's an interview with Peter Bergman(Jack). In it he says that "Nick pretty much lied to everyone and that there's going to be an awesome Nick & Jack scene coming up."
Also in the current edition with an interview with Joshua Morrow (Nick) says:

SOW: Many folks, including Peter Bergman, suspect Nick lied about Summer's paternity. Have you considered what happens if Nick suddenly "remembers" he's done something like that, or are you still confident he didn't lie?

JM: I'm not confident about it. I have strong feelings about it. I don't want Nick to have done that. As a dude, if I found out some other dude was doing that? Man to man, I'd be like, "That's the sh--tiest thing you can ever do! That is so unmanly of you." But I'm starting to feel that's where the story is going. If so, there's nothing I can do about it and I'm not saying it won't be a good story. It will be another crappy thing Nick gets to learn about himself.

So if that doesn't some it up I don't know what will.

I've heard a lot of things and I really do hope that Nick switched it because I honestly don't think that this Phyllis (the good one not her former evil self) would do this. She wanted to know the father as much as Jack and Nick and even though she was in love with Nick she wouldn't have really gained anything by going either way. She wanted to know the truth as much as everyone else. A lot of people say because Phyllis did it once she would do it again but she isn't like that anymore! I <3 Phick!

Nick, He is the only one that saw the test and then he took off and when he came back he told everyone that he was the Dad and no one questioned him about it. That shows how much he wants to be with Phyllis

Nick! He got the results by messenger and took off for two days,I guess debating what to do. He came back and told Phillis that he was summer's father.Which shows me that he did love Phillis. Since his memory is gone though, I feel she will be blamed.

I agree with everyone else. I think Nick did it and poor Phyllis will be blamed for it. Especially by Nikki.

Nick because why did he disappear for those few days? But it should be interesting since he can't remember anything- they'll blame Phyllis I'm sure!

No one. Nick just lied.
He didn't do it because he loved Phyllis; he did it out of his guilt of losing his first daughter, Cassie.

Poor Phyllis nothing! If she didn't do it that would surprise the heck out of me. I can't stand that devious broad.
