Curious about trying it, I've looked at their website but I wanted some from women who have tried it.

it does help you lose 50% more than what you would normally lose from diet and exercise alone... but you still need to diet and exercise while on Ali... also... the diet is strict... if you eat any fatty foods you WILL have an oily discharge from your booty... they recomend wearing depends for a while when on it because it blocks out the fat in your foods... i dont know if its worth it for a few extra pounds but if you're desperate and you're willing to stick to a strict diet... then go for it... but you cant just try it... you have to dedicate to it

I good place to go to look up real women who have tried it is the Weight Watchers.com message boards. They always talk about it and usually there are LOTS of nasty symptoms.
I suggest keeping with the standard diet and exercise, though I know that's not what you want to hear.

When it very first came out, the girls on the View did a segment on it. It apparently will work really well, but you do have to stay close to a bathroom for awhile. I think that it's a pretty rough start. You still have to really monitor what you eat and get some exercise. Good luck!

I am very interested in people's experiences also.
The side affects that some have said above are making me very wary of trying it.
The weight watchers website will LOCK your post if you ask about it, since they do not approve of ANY diet pills with their diet plan.

Read the side effects, they are nasty. You could literally poop in your pants with out control.
