This is one I have done with styro balls,

To make a ornament you need a desired size ball, some scrap material in various sizes and colors. A butter knife.
Take small pieces of fabric lay on the ball and with the knife push in the sides of the fabric into the styrofoam do this all over and it comes out looking like a quilted ball. Hang a ribbon attached with a pin or glue to the top for habging.

Are you looking for designers to design or actually create something for you, or are you simply looking for other people who create with polystyrene foam?

If you're looking for simple little crafts involving Styrofoam and other brands of polystyrene foam, look through some of these:

If you're looking for ways to make model scenery and sculpture, etc., etc., with foam , as well as ways to use it as an armature under polymer clay, check out these pages:

(...look under some of the subcategories under the Plastics > #6 polystyrene subcategory)

If you're actually looking for "designers," you might find some on the hotwirefoamfactory website, but otherwise I wouldn't know.

Children or crafters are the only people ,I know that use it to craft making planets, models and X-Mass trees ect. Other than that I have no idea .It will be interesting to see since it never fully breaks down in landfills.
