Gilligans Island
Palominos and Palominitos
Caja de Muerto
Cayo Iccacos
Isleta Marina
Isla de Cabras
Isla de Ramos
These are just a few that are around the Island of Puerto Rico.
Old San Juan was an islet, but with a bridge it is united with Condado area .

San Juan is not an island. It is Puerto Rico's capital. The most important islands around it are Vieques, Culebra and Mona.
