Oh. Um. It's awful. I'm sorry-made up and misspelled is no way to name a baby! Ergh.

While I love Michaela when spelled properly, it is NOT a Mc- name, so McCayla looks quite ridiculous to be honest.

AlleRay is just bizarre. It's obviously made-up and the random mid-name capitalization is just really odd. My six-year-old has already learned that's not correct, in all seriousness. And honestly, "AlleRay" looks like some sort of medication! Aller-chlor, AllerDur, Allerest, Allerfrim, Allerhist, Allersol, AllerTan, AlleRx ... take your pick! All are medications currently on the market.

So to summarize, Michaela would be nice, but I'd keep looking for a middle name (preferably not a brand name).

I hate (loathe) the name Mccayla or any of it's other variations.... a lot. It's not a pretty name to me, it doesn't make pretty sounds when you say it. al-er-ray is a pretty sound to me but I don't like the spelling AlleRay ... maybe spell it Aleray or something. I don't like the caps in the middle of the name either for both names, it's too last-name-y and just unnecessary.

nix Mccayla >_< and the 2nd name is already unusual, you don't need to whack out the spelling and caps to make it more interesting.

I like McCayla that is actually what I am naming my daughter. Except her name is going to be McCayla Rae With my families last name being McCay and my dads Ray I figured that would be cute. So yes I like it. But I dont know if the middle name AlleRay goes good with it. You need something simple for the middle name. Or keep it the way it is. Good Luck and Congrats

I'm sorry, but I don't think the name is very feminine sounding at all. McCayla is reminiscent of a last name and the pelling is going to mess the child up in school. It is not a name I would pick at all. If you must use McCayla, maybe change the spelling? Makayla or Micheala are more first name and feminine sounding. Ultimately, it's your kid and your decision. Good Luck!

Don't like AlleRay (I'm guessing you made it up?)

I love the name Michaela which is guess is what you're going for. McCayla looks like you didn't know how to spell it so just wrote it out phonetically. I'd go with the correct spelling.

I think it's a beautiful name. The middle name AlleRay is very different and unique. But the first s spelling looks a little strange. I know three people with that name and they all spell it like McKayla, Makayla and Mikaela. I would recommend spelling it like one of those instead.

I am kinda of getting sick of the name Makayla, micheala, mcCayla, alleray is cute, also maybe spelled Allerae. instead of McCayla, maybe Makenna, Makinley, the Mc reminds me of mcdonalds. if you are dead set on McCayla then i would go with MaCayla, MiCayla, Makayla

Michaela AlleRay is nice. When parents spell childrens names differently they spend their whole lives either having it spelled wrong or correcting people.
