I'm a big fan of Acer monitors and sell them to my customers whenever possible. They are cheaper with better user ratings.
**be sure and read the user reviews. also notice how Acer is WAY more popular.

Not always...Acer isnt bad at all for a cheaper machine. It just depends on what its being sued for. HP isnt all its cracked up to be. But its not always true you get what you pay for. Ive had VERY good luck with Acer products over the years.

If money is no object, I would go for HP instead of Acer.
Most of the times, a product is more expensive for a reason ... it could be production quality or features in the product ...

You'll want to look at more than just the manufacturer. One thing to check is the refresh rate another is the resolution support and then there is also the size. Please provide the model name/number for both if you could.
