My 50 something neighbor is suing me because I didn't pay him when he babysat me a few weeks ago. I don't think I should since he didn't do a very good job. He let me stay up past 10, plus he let me drink a 12 pack of beer and I hate beer. I don't know what to do. I don't want this to ruin my hand modeling carrer. What would you do if you were me? I am 29 and I love puppies more than life.

Thanks for your time!

Well I would just go back to the puppy love thing. It can pay off if you ever find the right one. I mean they can't make money, but you will always have your rear end cleaned.

yes, over a car I sold for $200. the kid that bought it blew up the motor and sued me for double the money because I didn't write as is on the sale paper.

No I have never been sued, what do I have to lose. Don't you have to have things in order for a lawsuit to work.

Yep. I was sued by the people's car I hit when I was in my car accident.

Nope, but I did try to sue someone once (actually, it was a company), but I didn't have enough money for a lawyer.

Tell your neighbor that you are willing to settle out of court. (LIke in the backyard or someplace)
