The time during Queen Elizabeth's State visit when Dubya during his welcoming speech got his history dates a little confused and intimated that the Queen was over 200 years old and then tried to cover his mistake by giving her a little wink when she glanced at him.
Edit to Robert M: So the Republicans are the arbiters of morals and family values??? I think NOT. Before casting stones, look in your own backyard.

The fact that George Bush thinks that people who live in Greece are called "Grecians". No wonder the Bush administration's foreign policy is so botched. He probably thinks there is a country called ' Iraqistan'.

wow theres so many.
the way bush hogtied congress was pretty amazing.
at$t censoring perl jam for having a political opinion was a tad harsh
senator picking up cops in public restroom was low
micro$soft lowering the price of its product to nothing for the chinese while continuing to publicly call honest americans theives (maybe not embarrasing) but blatently rude.
homeland security while not embarassing is a pretty good joke
the 2nd aniversary of katrina is pretty embarrasing

The failed "fence" idea with Mexico, that was actually begun (who knows who's making what $$$) and then stopped... and the entire policy, which vacillates (while Nancy Pelosi's farm and 10,000s of California etc. businesses prosper from cheap labor).

Guantanamo bay, i.e. detaining and judging people without give them any legal protection
Pretty embarrassing as well: sending prisoners to be interrogated in countries where torture is standard practice
it greatly harms America's moral authority and our supposed ideals of freedom and democracy
