I heard that brown eye shadow looks good on blonde hair, fair skin & light blue eyes. Heard it brings out light blue eyes. Is this true?

Yes, brown does bring out blue. The key is to select a brown color that complements your skin tone & isn't too dark or severe against your pale skin.

I'm guessing you have a cool tone so I'd suggest brown eyeliner tight against the upper lash line, taupe eye shadow & brown black mascara for daytime.

Here's how to determine your skin tone:

Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

Yes it will. I use brown eyeshadow w/ blue eyes, fair skin, and blonde hair. It'll make your eyes more blue and really stand out.

yes it does, definatlly a dark chocolate brown because it will give you the illusion of a bigger eye and it will compliment your eye and skin color
