Very helpful if you put effort and time into it. It helps you recognize issues, which can lead to resolution. However, examining ones life can be difficult, and if you are considering therapy than you have already had hard times. Some free advice, stay organized. Keep track of what you talked about and the actions you took to put yourself on the right track. Therapy is great... but a long trip. It can seem like one damn thing after another if you don't note the little victories.

Yes,it helps in resolving many conflicting and troublesome issues but one has to cooperate with the therapist. That's the key result area.We should understand that it's for us and a therapist is only an enabler and maximum efforts have to be from our side.

Therapy is really helpful......it makes you feel better and the therapist helps you to solve your problems by reaching the best solution. It is better to go to a therapist than just asking a relative for a help because your relative is not impartial and this, believe me,can have a great effect on your problem solving.

Therapy is just dealing with ur anger, or sadness... it does resolve ur problems, but... they will ask u back, y should we want to do that thing... but its good, relaxing, and just tell the whole of ur story to them, and u feel empty... as it means, u at ease.

It is always helpful to talk things out with someone else. However to get good results from a therapist you need one who actually helps you work through your problems not someone who just charges you to listen. Good luck!
