I have a question. If a man makes/forces a woman to have oral sex with him, is that considered as rape? What does the law say about that?

*Under the law the man would be charged with sexual assault. This is the same charge they get slapped with when they are accused of rape. If the man used physical force to make a woman participate in oral sex against her will it is aggravated sexual assault. These are both serious charges
