It's not a myth but I do think some women have PMS year round.. but the same goes for men, I think my boyfriend has PMS about once a month

(*eyeroll*) That wouldn't resolve the problem. It would just force her into menopause sooner, and the hormone experience with that is not pleasant for anyone.
My ex-husband was regularly nasty, and he had no excuse for it other than a personal decision to be a jerk. So, should men who are jerks be castrated?
All in favor say "Aye".
I'm going to guess most men are going to vote "no" on that one, just like women will think you're a jerk.
