and I got ripped to shreds by people with other beliefs because i said athiest instead of athiests. Why cant you guys just answer my uestion instead of throwing hurtful things at me?
Can we please get one thing straight. Its kills me to see all athiest lump all christians into one mold. I do not hate or discriminate against those who are different. Christ forgave me when I was the scum of the earth...why should I hold something over someone when christ didnt do that to me. Its hard to love athiest when all they do is hate on everything you beleive and the way you live because there are a few buttheads that call themselves christians out there. Be respectful for crying out loud! Not everyone beleives the same...but that doesnt mean we have to verbally bash eachother...and just because I am a christian doesnt make me a bible thumper or a judgmental prick. KEEP IN IND THAT I AM NOT SAYING THAT ATHIESTS ARE HORRIBLE OR CHRISTIANS ARE HORRIBLE ITS A QUESTION...DONT GET DEFFENSIVE!

wow. maybe I should just forget what i said...all athiest are pretty much jerks...maybe not 100%...but 98% is probably right. I tryied to be nice but what I say good about ya'll doesnt even matter. You find one thing, take it out of context and blow it up.

I looked hard for a question in your post above, but for the life of me I couldn't find one (sorry, I did not see your question that was posted earlier).
I agree with you that people from different belief systems should not bash people who don't believe the same thing they do, but unfortunately there will always be people like that in the world. You can't really change other people, but you can change how you react to them. Getting upset and ranting does not make you any better than the people you are ranting about in the first place.
Just see them for what they are, steer clear of them and move on.

Its hard to love atheist when all they do is hate on everything I am sure not all atheists hate everything. My parents are atheist and they don't hate everything. You didn't get slammed for writing "atheist" as opposed to "atheists"... you said "ALL atheist".
Basically, you did what you are asking us not to do: lump a group of people together unfairly.

Don't feel bad sweetheart, it happened to me too, and I AM an Atheist. They mistook me for a Christian based on my question. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds. Just for the record, there are a few decent Atheists there. Here, these links might make you feel better:
