Never AT THE MINUTE
But tonight I'm finally going to download, and fill in this time, the forms for our gym at work, and start using it.
Hell, at £6 a month, and living 10 minutes walk away, I'm daft not to.

I switch it up a lot. Basically as long as I am staying moderately active I don't worry. But I make sure to get in at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. We have an exercise bike here at the house, and a gazell, so when it is too hot outside (and it always is lately) I can still get it done. We also have a weight bench, but that is more for my husband than me. I really just use it occasionally when I am bored. Really between the dogs and the kids, and the cleaning, cooking, and what not, I am doing alright.

I exercise about 6 days per week. I do cardio for 4 to 5 of those days, on an elliptical machine for at least 40 mins and a stationary racing bike for about 15 mins, followed with some weight and resistance training. I also do yoga, on the days that I do not do the cardio, for about an hour. The cardio is great for sweating. The resistance/weights are great for toning and metabolism boosts and the yoga is great for all around strength and flexibility.
