um wasn't he the one that hired you? why would he hire you in the first place and start giving you problems about your name now? maybe he wants something else from you and he's not getting it! so i'd say get him straight about your name and if he keep bugging i'd say just leave 'cause filing charges to me would make it seem like there is something wrong with your name when there isn't and i don't know how serious the situation is but to me the boss sounds like he got issues not your name...
