How can you be a 36 C or 32 D?

It's tough to say how much more (if at all) they will grow.
It depends on if you're completely done with puberty or not. I would venture to *guess* that since you're only 14 and they're already that size that you probably started puberty at an earlier age than average and will probably be done earlier than too (probably soon?) So my guess is they're probably done or won't grow much more that will be very noticeable, however again, just a guess.

Its normal for YOU.
A girl your age could be anywhere from a 30AAA to a 38DDD.
As long as you have no back problems (yet) you are good to go.

depends how tall you are
36D would be huge on a girl 5' but average on a girl 6'
