I have used frebreeze and candles. It doesnt help. I am looking for a cheap way to make my houe smell good... help

Clean with vinegar and baking soda, and let it air out well. Both are remarkable deodorizers.
After that, leave bowls of potpourri sitting out.

Bake a pumpkin pie with a lot of spice like Cinnamon. Or just boil the spice. Use Clorox and Lysol in your kitchen and bathroom. Put baking soda on your rugs and vacuum the next day. Good luck and I hope you decide to make the pie!

Zoflora is a good way to make your house smell nice.
It costs only about 80p for a concentrated bottle which you dilute with water in a spray bottle and spray on fabrics etc, and is unharmful to the fabrics. It is also great for getting your car to smell nice as well.

I use Gain or any laundry detergent that smells really good and I put the detergent in a pot of water and I simmer it on the stove. It makes the whole house smell good. If you use Gain with bleach it will make you pan shiney too. I also use plug-ins and Airwick Freshmatic sprayers. Everyone comments on how good my house smells. Good luck. 2D

Plug-in scented oils are great. You can also boil some citrus rinds on the stove. I also like to boil apple peels and *** some Cinnamon. Makes the whole house smell like apple pie!

Maybe you should try getting your carpet and furniture cleaned and that should help keep your house spelling good.
Keeping your house picked up and dishes washed and garbage taken out will keep your house spelling clean.

Take out your trash regularly and eat lots of cookies. The smell of them will aromatize your house, and you get to destroy the evidence :)

dirty dishes left in the sink and trash not being emptied will make your house smell, and if you don't steam clean your carpets every once in a while

Febreeze - they have air freshners and spray. You can spray it on furniture and carpet.
