Does "Pickpocket" and "Pocket Fisherman" mean the same thing?

No, they do not. A "Pocket Fisherman" is a small fishing pole, while a "Pickpocket" is someone who steals people's wallets without them knowing until later on that they have been robbed.

I think a pocket fisherman is an actual devise but it does have a humorour image. Look! I caught one 15 inches long!
