The former president is called Mr. President. That goes for life.

Hillary cannot be elected President according to the Constitution. It states no person shall hold the office for more than 10 years. Since the terms are 4 years, that means 2 terms. Hillary has already been president for 8 years. She can't get elected for the job. She is not eligible.

Any past president maintains the honor of being called Mr President when he is no longer in office so officially he is still president Clinton. But some will come up with something like First Spouse I guess.
