Do you mean to make an art project?
You can glue them individually to a vase, or you could embellish the whole roll so that it looks like something else, say for example, use it as the body for a locomotive (using quarters as the wheels) or an airplane (making wings out of paper and a propeller from a bobby pin, I guess).
This would be a chance to get creative if you're not interested in spending them!

You coud always make something out of them, like a picture. You can glue them to a piece of construction paper or cardboard and just express yourself. You can also collect them. I have done that with pennies. If you can find really old ones they could be worth something more than $.10 some day.

You could use them to make Elongated coins out of; depending on where you live there are machines that will elongate a dime. They can be pretty popular to elongated coin collectors.
