Im 15 he is 20 and he has been calling me saying things like i wanna rape you (my name) he sent me pics of his you know what i have all the saved texts convos from him he is states away tho now can i do something about this with the cops

Contact the cops in your area IMMEDIATELY.
make sure you have let your parents know too and when you go to the police, make sure to print out the things on your computer and take ti them too.
They can work with the cops in the area where the sicko pervert is and have him arrested.
Since he is states away, and using the telephone and internet, he is also violating federal law so the feds may get involved as well.

YES. This is against the law. He sounds like a real sicko. Tell your parents or guardians and have them call the police. You are underage and should not be dealing with this stuff alone. Best of luck to you.

call your local police. They will get an investigation started and begin collecting the evidence. Then will work with other police angencies (in the state that the guy is in) to get this guy arrested or at least get a restraining order against him so that he won't be allowed to contact you ever again.

call the cops immediately, they will bust him. Intersate solicitations like that are also a crime. Your local police will have his local police arrest him. Keep those records as they will be vital in court to putting him away.
