I just looked up something like that and found that 58% of Americans have internet access. Even this stat was really hard to find and I probably can't use it because lack of background information on where and how the poll/data was sourced.

My guess is that a good number, you would have to pay for.

Now because computers are in public libraries, the number should be closer to 100%. If they can get to a public library, they have access to a computer.
