i have a pet turtle which is probably a male. recently i found this big black thing comming out of his tale....is this his ...sex organs? if so please tell me coz i thought he was gonna take a crap but then the crap would have to be pretty big to be like that. and when he saw me he sucked it back in.

the colour was black but close to dark purple. it was just a big sack.

Turtles can 'prolapse' many things, and it can be tough to determine which organ it is- but if it goes back in and stays in, it is usually not a problem. Neither is an occasional droplet or smear of blood.
However, anything abnormal is a good reason to do some re-evaluation of the habitat, cares, and diet.
but it could possible be his penis...

That was his penis, turtle and tortoise sex organs can be quite shocking when you first encounter them.
