some many years ago it was a BOSCH COM 207! a huge one. with enormous antenna! but the battery lasted for several days. My second was 5110 from nokia....a huuuge step forward. after that i switched on Nokia 6110 a "woooow" phone i still miss it!it had infrared port, and was chameleonic colored.....:sigh: and i payed a fortune on it...around 350 Deutsch Marks!

Ever since I start using just Motorola and Nokia.

A fantastic Nokia E50 is the one that i use now, and motorola e1000 and v360 were my previous last two.

i actually remember before that. i had a pager. there were no cell phones back thing and you were big time if you had a pager. you would have to go find a pay phone somewhere while you were driving to call someone back. as for the first cell phone, it was actually a car phone. it was bout the size of a small briefcase, it was a corded phone pretty much that you would plug into the cigarette lighter and had to have an antenna mounted on the car and plug it into the bag too.

Yes, I don't remember the name or model, but it was the size of a shoebox for mens size 12. This was like 1987.

mine was a Trac fone and I had the cutest little Tigger holder for it so it looked like I was cradeling a stuffed animal. It protected it when I dropped it and I never misplaced/lost it.

I still have my first cell phone. It was a brick. It makes for an interesting book stop.

Yes - I have only ever had two. The cheap Nokia I have now, and an even cheaper Nokia that preceeded it.
