can you please help me explain and elaborate further about this quotation?

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvellous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity."

-Albert Einstein

Einstein was a noted non-conformist who always questioned authority and the established norm. It is a characteristic which he possessed as a child at the age of age 10-12 all the way thru his life. Curiousity, and the investigative, questioning nature into all things that it instills, is, in itself, justification for it to exist. His theories reflected his "radical" approach. Basically, he's saying (and I hate to use this cliche, but...) "think outside the box" and don't accept the way things have always been done. By doing just that, he became one of the most important figures of the 20th century, revolutionized the field of physics and the way we look at the universe.

Einstein had a love of wonder and I think that is what he is trying to express here. He expressed his wonder by questioning and reveled in his own curiosity. These are some of the things that are special about being human.

To question is to be a human being that's awake. To want to know about things that can't be explained. It's the ablity to want to learn something to keep that in mind that you can always learn something about anything. That you can learn no matter what your age is. Almost everything can be reduced looked at and questioned even further.

If I have been doing this task, i could focus on the words "awe," "secret," "eternity," "fact," and "holy." All of those have profound religious and/or philosophical which skill. i could extremely tricky on the final sentence, which sums up the full paragraph. answer those questions: what's a "holy interest"? How is it diverse from the different style of interest? What could represent an "unholy interest"? How will we live with the intention to verify that our interest remains holy? i'm hoping this facilitates.

We never have things understood in a final definite way. We need to always keep looking and wondering so that we can continually grow in our understanding.
