Happiness is a gift!
Happiness is always a by-product. It is probably a matter of temperament, and for anything I know it may be glandular. But it is not something that can be demanded from life, and if you are not happy you had better stop worrying about it and see what treasures you can pluck from your own brand of unhappiness. ~

I believe that life is exactly what you make of it.
It's a matter of personal perspective.
Some people are hardwired through families to have a negative outlook, others a positive one...
In general, I believe happiness is achieved through a sense of comfort and peace with who you are and a core childlike playfulness that gets expressed. Basically, I believe joy overflows in some very unique ways...
I'm not Polyannish, but I don't mind being Peter Pan every once in a while!

there is a darker side of happiness....its only through the trying times does one gain knowledge of it ...truly at times its not base on if you loose your smile or not ... its willpower in knowing not to give up truly happiness is wanting to see another day...even if its painful
