I dunno how to edit my previous question so here it goes again: im looking for dramatic/powerful orchestral (maybe classical) music that is used trailers, soundtracks, some nba clips. Wanna know the name of style, and the bands that play it.. Heres few samples of songs that took me months to find (found today!).. 1st - Christopher fields gothic power 2nd - E.S. posthumus -pompeii. The 3rd was used in Spider-Man 2 TRAILER, it might be called 'lacrimosa'. I hope it helps!

..*Glares at the girl above her.* Know-it-all.

Anyways. XD

Basically, I would consider these Classical Hymns. Since chanting is involved alongside the use of classical instruments, aka an Orchestra.

Bands that play this sort of music would be Carl Orff, some pieces by Mozart, and Immediate Music, etc...

Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Richard Strauss

I remember a basketball-themed clip portraying the last seconds of a championship game, all done in slow motion and close-ups, portraying the emotions of fans and players as the last shot does not fall. The background music was Mozart's "Lacrimosa" from his "Requiem".

Is that what you are thinking of?

This is NOT classical music! You are asking about film scores. We are experts in CLASSICAL music - Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, opera, etc. You need to post to another part of Yahoo if you wish to get answers.
