What are the best Toronto Film/Television Agencies? I am 13 so please tell me the agencies that would allow a 13 year old to join. Please help! Thanks!

You dont just join an agency. You have to apply for representation. Just use your phone book and make some calls to find out. Be sure to avoid any agency that wants money for anything or tries to sell you classes. Legit agencys do not charge anything.
