I think it's too many uncommon names together. It doesn't flow well. Sorry, just my opinion. =)

Nice to see at least a few voices of reason here. ;) Siobhan is a beautiful name! And you'll generally find the only people who don't like it are the ones who aren't familiar with it, as you've probably noticed from the replies thus far. ;)
If you have ANY Irish community whatsoever, she won't have a problem at all. Speaking from experience of sorts. There was a Siobhan in my daughter's kindergarten class, and not one person had any trouble with it, much less gave her a "hard time" about it. LOL I mean, come on ... there are so many confusing, made-up names that make absolutely no phonetic sense out there. It's quite refreshing to find a genuine, properly-spelled name that's not overused, but still isn't all that unfamiliar (once you tell them it's "shi-VAWN" -- even if they hadn't known how to spell it previously, they've undoubtedly heard it before, after all!).
Worse case senario, she'll have to occasionally spell it out or tell strangers how to pronounce it, but so will thousands of other children. And honestly, in school and such, it will only take one or two corrections before her friends, teachers, etc. "get it." It's really no big deal.
Mackenzie and Madison (assuming that's a second middle name rather than surname) are quite overused, but I have to admit: Siobhan Mackenzie has a lovely flow (for obvious reasons). And if it happens to be a family surname or holds other special meaning for you, I think it would be lovely. And I do think you could get away with a more common middle name when paired with such a lovely, distinct first name, so that would work for me. ;) Much better than simply the top ten, M-heavy combo of Mackenzie Madison or Madison Mackenzie others have suggested! No surprise there, since there are literally thousands of other little girls with those exact names, right? LOL
Siobhan is wonderful, and you'll be so happy she doesn't have to be Madison/Maddy O. or get lost in a sea of Mackenzie/McKenna/Michaela/Kenzie/Kayla, etc. ;) Good luck, by the way!

Is Madison the last name or a second middle name?
I love Siobhan (don't listen to the negative comments, most people don't know the pronunciation/origin). Not a fan of Mackenzie though the two names sound good together. Madison as another middle name sounds funny with Mackenzie. As a last name, it's not so bad.

I think Mackenzie & Madison have been over used the past few years, I think Siobhan is a nice name.

Siobhan is gorgeous, it deserves a nicer middle name than Mackenzie. Mackenzie is so freaking unattractive, I have never seen the appeal in it. I guess it looks sort of cute, but it could never be described as beautiful or feminine.
Siobhan, on the other hand, is wonderful. And people will learn how to pronounce it, it's very easy.
Good luck!

Why not just Siobhan Mackenzie? I think Madison seems awkward tacked on there.
Siobhan sometimes is confusing to pronounce, but I have known it to be spelled in a couple ways: Chivohn, Shevawn, Shivaughn, Shivohn.

The Mackenzie Madison part is okay, but Siobhan is very hard to spell and pronounce, and it brings to mind middle-eastern sorbet.
Good luck!

You mean separately, Right?
Probably not, Anyway, I don't think that is a very appealing name at all...Not together anyway, Maybe Siobhan Mackenzie? Even yet, I don't think that sounds good together.
