People believe everything they are fed by the media. She brought a humanising aspect to the royal family, but she is still highly overrated.

Because she did a lot of good for a lot of people. Many people are born into wealth and choose not to help others at all. She chose to do a great deal of charity work, and was a very good mother to her two sons.
