McAfee EPO does not show up as an "Add Remove" program option so removal of only the EPO doesn't seem possible.

Now the question really is why would you remove EPO from the system? It was installed to centralize virus protection to avoid client reconfiguring of the system. If you were part of the IT department, I would figure you would just uninstall McAfee and reinstall without the EPO option.

Go into your control panel, and click add/remove programs. Select the program from the list and remove it. If it still prompts you for the this same problem, try this same thing but start your computer up in safe mode (hit F8 during startup).
