I was just thinking about this. . .does JASON come back every Friday The 13th? Is that why its called Friday the 13th? love the character and all the movies, but have never thought about this before. Anyone know?

Actually No, it was just a catchey title for the films in after part 8 they just went with ( Jason ) as ( Jason X, Jason vs. Freddy )and so on originally they were just trying to have a catchey title just like ( Halloween ) in the 80s everybody try to do that. Nightmare on Elm street, Slient night deadly night, My Bloody Valentine, April fools day, and so on.

I guess, but that's not implied. If it is, that has to be the only thing those movies have to do with Friday the 13th

I am couple of the movies he didn't come back in the end. Most of the movies in the beginning something will bring him back to life.

Like one movie a boat was going by and they dropped the anchor. The anchor moved the chains and weighs that were holding him down. Therefore he came back

In another movie he was stuck by lighting and that brought him back to life.
