The times I think to myself that "this isn't who I am" is when I start thinking about wearing pretty clothes just to feel good about myself. I don't think that's me and I feel like I'm trying to make other people notice me.
Once I realize what I'm doing. I get more laid back and just put my hair in a clip and wear a t-shirt with jeans.
Can't get any more laid back than that.
