Everybody has something bigger then the other on their body, could be a hand, an arm, a leg, a foot, a boob, an ear, or an eye, like in your case. Its completely normal, I know we all hate it, I have to buy something for my shoes cuz, one foot is bigger than the other. Dont be self concious about it, it's only you who notices, you can apply make up if it helps you...hope this helps.

The same thing is with me, what I do to make it a little less obvious is I put skin colored eyeshadow in the one that is smaller, that way it opens it up and they look the same size! You should try it! Then after you are done doing that you can go and put another bolder eyeshadow in over top it wont ruin the first eyeshadow color, no one sees the skin eyeshadow color, they just notice how your eyes are the same size again!

No one is perfectly symmetrical.
It's normal, so don't worry about it.
If it's still bothering you however, then tell your mom or something. :)
