It has a cd that comes with it load that on your pc or if you haven't got it go to the Motorola website and download the Phone tools software

You don't say which RAZR. If it's the V3 you need the mobile phone tools software. If it's the V3i with a memory card you can access the memory card directly by putting it ion a card reader or connecting the phone as an external drive
