When a shift change comes up on The Weather Channel, the outgoing hosts will say, "Well, Bob/Susan, what do you have coming up next for us?" to the oncoming hosts.

Just once, I'd like to hear Bob/Susan say, "Um, it's The Weather Channel, and we're going to discuss the exact same thing you've been talking about for the last three hours. Back to you".

Well who decided that we want our weather serious and uptight? I would love some humor or banter back and forth between hosts - mix things up a little. :)
